How much time is needed for the body to recover between cycles?

Example: after 2 weeks of an even mild test "cycle" you will probably be "shut off".
I'm definitely sure than 2 weeks later, being off, you are still with the lowest test levels.
time on = time off is nonsense.

If all you are going to do is let your T levels go back to normal then jump back on, you might as well stay on IMO. Recovering T levels is only part of recovery to me. I also like to make sure my lipid profile is normal.

How much time do you recommend taking off between cycles? Assuming proper post cycle therapy (pct) is followed out.

I would say 6 weeks at least, but the only way to know if you really recovered is blood test.

"Yes" and "No"..................the only way to know for sure is to have blood work done.

Tada! No two people are alike. Do I agree on time on time off, not for me, because I dont care about a 100% recouperation anymore.

Now for a 10 week cycle, you must at minimum also count your cruise period of ~3 weeks before you begin your PCT.

Not unless they are recovering less and less during each post cycle therapy (pct) which is possible.

Of course there is a difference between a 500mg test cycle and a gram a week test cycle too.

Time on = Time off was just a general rule to go by, but as so many have already said about this and everything else dealing with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) , "Everyone is Different".

The only TRUE and PROPER way to know exactly is via a bloodtest, but even that will only tell you so much.

Me, I just stay on....:D

supposedly time off is needed for the body to recover. It makes sense doesnt it? so you can avoid possible side effects. alot of pro body builders from the 60s and 70s never did cycle off. sure some of them are dead but some of them arnt. I want to lean twords being on the safer side. I just did 25mgs of Dbal for 4 weeks and Winstrol (winny) for 4 weeks
