How Soon After PCT Can I Cycle Again?

I'm in my first week of PCT with Nolvadex @ weeks 1-2 40mg, weeks 3-4 20mg,..but I'm itching.
When is an appropriate time to begin another cycle?
I was only cycling for 12 weeks, which ended Nov 27, I used Sustanon (sust) throughout, Deca in the beginning, and EQ at the end.

x2 if u did ur cycle in 3 month u have to stay off for 3 month time on=time off

I have heard time on = time off but I dont follow that. For me its a minimum of 8 weeks. 4 weeks off between last inject and pct...4 weeks for pct...then if I want to its back on. Usually though I will wait another week then start. Why would you put eq at the end? eq is only good if its ran upwards of 16 weeks. I have buddies that run eq in my gym for 6 weeks and shit...I never see any difference that it makes and they are to knuckle headed to listen to anyones advice so I just let them blow their money
