How to create a good wo-schedual? Any tips? I need to renew my current schedual... What do musclegroups to train together? I think about training 3 days and resting 1 day. I'm on gears therefore I allow myself to work out extra hard. Otherwise I train 2 days and rest 1 day.

Mine is this
Monday:Rest
Tuesday:Chest, Bicep, ForeArms, Abs
Wednesday:Legs, Calf, Abs
Thursday:Rest
Friday:Rest
Saturday:Shoulder, Back, Tricep, Abs
Sunday:Legs, Calf, Abs

I do a lot of rest and yeah, I could proudly say that my body is growing..:)

If you would like a 3 day 1 day rest
Try this:

Monday:Chest, Shoulder, Abs
Tuesday:Legs, Bicep, ForeArms, Calf
Wednesday:Back, Tricep, Abs

I used this sched when I was still starting in body-building and yeah, it worked but changed routine.

Train hard and stay healthy

my question is what the hell are you doing taking gear, if you havent learned how to work out? being educated on the human body and exercise should come before you jump into AS....just a thought

He didn't say he was taking gear, did he?

I think this is a pretty good place to learn for naturals as well as the geared up crowd.

As for a workout routine, start with the basics. If you have problems working out after 2 weeks in a row, find out why and fix that. Make sure you have the basic lifts like bench, deads, squats, etc. as well as enough time to recuperate and the rest will take care of itself pretty much.

I'm searching for inspiration from americans, you guys have a diffrent mind than us sweds... I know about training and diet, but I'm just courius about what you think.

well in that case, i apologize. i myself, hit each BP once a week, i train 5 days a week, the only day i hit more than 1 muscle group is arm and leg day. my days off change from week to week depending on my schedule, but typically
monday shoulders
tuesday back
wednesday off
thursday legs
friday chest
sat arms
sunday off

i like to hit weaker BP the beginning of the week when my motivation is at its highest (this changes every few weeks though), space out my pushin and pullin exercises so i can get max intensity with little fatigue. ive always been more concerned with mass myself, so i use a lot of core, power exercises mixed in with a few isolation movements. my routines change very frequently, rarely do the same routine from week to week as i get bored easily.
