How to dose halotestin for strength

I have a meet coming up in April I just got my halo haven't taken it before but wondering how I should.take.it.for strength/power? Should I take it pre workout only, just days that im lifting, everyday, through out the day? Etc... would like ur opinions on ur experiences
 
Halo helps me flick that RAGE* switch that I use to move heavy weight. I've found its best to keep it going at a moderate dose ED, and an extra bump on training days about two to three hours prior to hitting the weight. Be mindful of how it can be harsh on the stomach at higher doses though, so if you're planning on taking an extra dose before you train heavy, work on those complex carbs first, as you may not want them afterwards.




*Note: Referring to a technique where adrenal recruitment is involved by psychic oneself out prior to a lift. Not in any way, shape or form do I subscribe to the 'roid rage' myth. ;)
 
Yeah, I'd also add that Halo ranks high for liver toxicity - so if you haven't already, add some NAC and Liv 52 to your daily regimen.
