How to increase lifting stamina

Just started my Dbol/Anadrol/Test E/ Deca cycle and im trying to get the best out of it.

When working out, mainly on chest day I get weak VERY quick. I'll start off with a very light 135x20-25 then up the weight to like 205 then 225.. After the 225 which at the beginning of a workout I could bang out 15-20 times easy im weak as SHIT. I tried doing 135 for 15 after my third set and its actually difficult.

Is there anything i can do to be able to do 4-5 heavy sets without tiring out?

^ This.

Chest is problem area for me as well, with bench being the worst out of all the exercises. As Numba has said, after warm up and afew work sets I'm wrecked and form starts to get real sloppy.

Weird though, as I don't have this problem anywhere else, even shoulders can get hammered worse than chest.

1st i would do 2 sets of 12 on 135 instead of 25 reps. then i would hit 185 x 6-8 . your just warming up until you get to your work sets so dont over do them.

also how much rest are you taking between sets , this isnt cardio so take your time.

DADAWG, i apprechiate your advise but I think 2 warmup sets would be even worse... I read that for bulking, rest between 2-3 minutes between sets so thats what ive stuck with.

I would get some 15 lbs dumbells and warm up shoulders lightly for a min or so, then warm up with 225. If you can lift that 20 times I would just warm up with that at a set of 10-12. thats what i do at least

If your warming up with 25 reps, is it really a warm up?

Last week I warmed up doing 135 ten times then 185 six times then 205 ONCE... and back down to 200 for a 5x5...and I struggled with four out of the five sets.I thought I finally hit my plateau for the chest part of the 5x5 routine.

Today I warmed up 135 eight times and 185 four times. Then straight to 205. Did all five no problem. Just stretch a little more.

I know every person is different but give it a shot.
