This is something GOTGrowth and I were discussing outside of the forum...

Coming up with a first cycle combo for the new guys here at Ology.

We see members ask for advice and get all kinds of good advice -
but they are still at a loss on exactly what they need to order... "to do it right."

P.S.L. now has a...

12 Week Starter/Beginner Cycle

3 vials Testosterone Enanthate 250mg
2 amps hCG 5000 iu/amp
1 bag Aromasin 20mg 50 tabs
1 bag Tamoxifen 20mg 50 tabs
1 bag Clomid 50mg 50 tabs

The only thing that I see you'll need to add is the water
for your hCG which is also on the site.

This is a GREAT place for someone to start - then just
head back to Ology for the details on how to run the cycle. :D
 
Just recieved an order from psl, everything looks great.
I already had picked up Tam & Clomid from another source.
The Tam I have, is 30mg x 30 caps....since it's a first cycle, test only w/hcg, do you think a 30mg cap every other day is reasonable, or should I just lose the $$$, place a new order w/psl...orrrr, place the order, & just do the ever other day thing until the 20mg tabs arrive?

The clomid I have is a similar question. Above, I see 50mg x 50 tabs, but in all the beginner cycles I see it called out as 50mg x 4 weeks daily for pct. My clomid is is 50mg 30 count caps, so should be good to go there.
Sorry for questions, ignorance sucks.
Last question, I bought 3 amps of hcg, but in my ignorance didn't realize it didn't come in a vial suitable for mixing. I've picked up insulin pins from the pharmacy, can I just go ask them for mixing vials, or is there a better source?

If you are ready for your first cycle, THIS IS IT, Simple, effective, and the most common beginners cycle around.

Its easy to keep track of, easy to come off of, and the gains are maintainable.

So here is me playing devils advocate here....

So you lay everything out, cookie cutter for someone. No need to think or research anything.
Anyone else see a problem with this? Now you have people who will just jump right in without knowing what and WHY they are putting it in their body. Shouldn't we be advocating research and knowledge before ease?

Just my 2 pennies

With as simple as everything is people do it anyways. Everybody who comes across this forum knows better than to jump right into anything. Thank you for your input.

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE JUMPING RIGHT IN TO USING ANABOLIC STEROIDS!

Neat idea, but the AI seems a bit low to me. As exemestane requires ED dosing, and the dose will range from 12.5 to 75mg, I can see new folks running out long before the cycle is done.

Just my .02c :)

I still am seeking input regarding the Tamoxifen I have is 30, 30 mg caps-do you think a 30mg cap every other day is reasonable, or should I just lose the $$$, place a new order for 20mg tabs...or place the order, & just do the ever other day thing until the 20mg tabs arrive?

Great question and here is the reason why I think this is a great place to get the proper direction.

The member should come to the form and ask the specifics - on this specific cycle.

This can take place before, after or even just thinking of ordering... on how they should run this cycle.

The main point here is to - eliminate all the confusion - that comes with so many replies... that lead new member in so many directions.

This should give them the fundamental building blocks of everything that needs to be in every cycle.

I personally see so many new members come to the forum for advice... and still run a half complete cycle.

This is the kind of feedback we're looking for - which is a good reminder that we still need to emphasis
the process of doing their own research...

This cycle will simply give them a solid ground to come back to, once all the dust settles from all the reading.

Great thread! This is exactly what I'll be doing. I have a question about the Exemestane.

The guide here says:
Exemestane 12.5mg everyday 15 weeks

But the beginner cycle includes 20mg 50 tabs. I suppose you could cut them, but that'll be a lightly lower dosage and only yield 100 tabs instead of the needed 105. Is there a different dosing protocol?

Need to get another bag of stane for that cycle. It is metioned above by Halfwit.
 
Damn I missed that! Apologies. I've been researching so sorry if it has been explained, but how does one know how much to take? He says "the dose will range from 12.5 to 75mg".
 
12.5 ed is a good start. Once you get mid bloods done you'll adjust based on your E2 reading. The site sponsor RUI has liquid stane and adex they are easier to split the dose than pills. Wouldn't hurt to pick them up

Some people might argue this... but for this cycle you could either split the tablet for 10mg ED - or simply run 20mg EOD.

12.5 - 25 ED is optimal - (however this is such a light cycle)... in some studies 12.5 EOD have been sufficient
to prevent the onset of estrogen.

With this cycle I think either way would be just fine...

As a side note you'll sometimes see me post that orals such as dbol should be taken on an empty stomach
but that only applies to "anabolic steroids"... these should be taken after a meal. :chomp:
 
Great info and starter. Research is key as I have assembled bits and pieces of my first cycle but almost wholly intend on getting rid of unnecessary items to seek a "built" first cycle with backed reviews after making further research.
