Below is a picture I took of my dough boy self in January of this year at the time I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with Testim. My weight in this picture is around 180ish with a BF% around 28-30%.

I joined Maximus on August 26th and then joined 3J on September 23rd. Below is a photo of my progresss as of this morning. My weight is right at 190 BF% is around 22-24 per caliper test. Not sure how accurate either of my BF readings are though.

My goals when I started with 3J were a weight of 200lbs and a BF of 12% or less. Currently signed up with 3J through April.

DAMN BROTHER!!!! SO WE ARE TALKING LIKE 2-3 MONTHS, AND THAT ISNT EVEN COMBINING BOTH MAXIMUS AND 3J! INCREDIBLE, BRO. YOU CAN REALLY, REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PECKS AND THE LOWER BACK. YOU ARE REALLY STARTING TO TAPER. ARMS ARE BLOWING UP AND TYING IN NICELY TO THE DELTS! HEY, WHERE DID THOSE TWO SMALL ANIMALS, SITTING ON YOUR SHOULDERS (TRAPS) COME FROM...;-) GREAT WORK, CHIEF!! :dance2:

yeah you looked borderline pregnant in the first pic now we can see your abs and obliques popping out. great.

Looking good bro! I'm seriously considering the 3J route here in a few months. I'm getting married in 40 weeks and want to look my best. Can't argue with results!

Good job man! Bringing 3j in along with team Maximus was the right call, I'm sure you will reach your goals and beyond before you know it.

Looking good TR. I see the makings of a six pack. The great thing now is all the muscle you have, and will put on, will be clearly visible since the fat won't be covering it up. You'll need a bigger mirror to be able to see all that muscle!

great work man.. that's the beauty of maximus clients working with me.. you can add weight and drop bodyfat at the same time..

WOW!!! Great work, you should be proud of your achievement. Imagine what you'll look like a couple of months from now. Keep going bro, best of luck to you.

I want to thank everyone for the encouragement! It is sincerely appreciated.

I should add that 3 years before my "before" pic I was 30 pounds heavier, and it wasn't lean mass.

I am very happy with the progress so far. Although I still have stomach fat, my upper body mass certainly overshadows it.

Chip, thanks for all your support and your comments on my progress. I am particularly happy with my traps coming in, so to speak. The only exercise I added to 3J's workout plan was a trap exercise. I basically use a standing squat machine to do hands free shoulder shrugs. I think it works pretty good.

3J, thanks for helping me learn how to use food as a means to an end instead of actually being the end, as well as your support.

I should also add that I have not been as vigilant with 3J's plan as I can be. The progress I have attained has been hindered by a few too many weekend beers, a few grams shy on protein intake and a few cardio workouts short of the plan just about every week.

The beer issue has been fixed as of two weeks ago and I am paying much more attention to the nutrition plan, but still struggle with cardio. Never have a problem getting to the gym to lift weights though.

I plan to post another progress pic February 1st. I will try and find a pic of me when I weighed 210 too for a more drastic comparison -

Thanks again to everyone for all the support!

3j,

You are the man without question or dispute. I plan on visiting with you agiain. The same problem exists that when I am in my cage I can only eat the food provided to me by my masters. I have no control over this issue.

Still, I will contact you soon and just maybe we can figure out a way to rid my bobdy of this pesky fat. I look forward to working with you.

Best,
Slayer
