Hrt guys share your wins!

Ok Guys it's been awhile since I've seen some great motivational stories here. I'd like to hear some of your proud moments, wins, meeting a goal type of stories since starting your hrt protocol. Maybe just some hot chick checking you out......something anything!

I'll start :)

I began doing squats again about 3 months ago. I avoided doing them because my knees have been stiff/sore ect...... I didn't think that my body could handle it at 42.

I had to start of slow. My knees felt real stiff & not very stable. So, I began just doing my body weight for 3 sets of 20 reps.

I was able to work my up to doing 275lbs for 8 reps & it felt like a crapload of work...wobbly, shaky knees didn't feel great , but I was able to get it done.

Tonight I decided to push myself a bit. Of course I was listening to my ipod & one of those songs from Rocky 4 came on. You know one of the songs while he was training in Russia in the snow......

I threw on 315lbs & was able to bang out 8 good reps & felt great! while doing it. I never thought that I'd be able to squat that again. :beertoast

Made me feel like I was in my 20's again.

Oh man, there are many to come I'm sure. Still pretty new to this, but the fact that I feel like I'm swinging a baseball bat between my legs every time a hottie walks by is a win in my book!:cum:

Hell, I have enough energy to start some workouts on my total gym, and I'll be 50 in a few years. I'm normally fairly active, but the last 6 months have been hell on me. I couldn't get off the couch. Fuck just look me up on here, I've posted all kinds of stuff that I've noticed. I've gotten a few, damn I want to fuck you looks over the last week from chicks about 20 years old. Hows that? But the best thing in the world is my wife touching me, and I get an erection. It makes us both feel great. I'm more assertive at work too. Day 14 folks.

Did some 1035lbx4 deep reps leg presses last night, new PR for me for reps. This after 10 sets of heavy ass touching the floor squats (highest weight 405lb). My biggest win this year body wise was hitting 12% BF (see avi from wk ago), I've since dropped a tiny bit more.

I achieved a bench of 230 about two weeks ago, which is a lot of weight for me. I use a smith rack so I've got 2 45's and 1 25 on each side. I'm not a real big guy (yet) and I have gotten a couple looks at the gym from chicks and dudes mostly because I lift more weight than my size would indicate.

My goal for 2012 is a 300 lb bench with reps.

I have been doing weighted dips for the last 3 weeks with a 45 pound plate. I've never done that much. Most of the guys my age or older are still doing ASSISTED dips.

Best of all, my chest is 12.5 inches bigger than my stomach. My body fat is down to 18% and I still weight 188-190 pounds.

My goals for 2012 are 200 pounds and 12% bf.
 
Nice man 230lb (you calulated that right with a smith ive seen guys add the bar which doesnt weigh a thing with the cables/slide on the smith). I have friend that's 22, 230 is his max. So your doing as much as many 22 yr olds!! :elephant:

Hey mopar, you seem like you have experience with maximushrt so I was going to ask you how the quality of their cypionate was? I just got my protocol and paid for it and i should have it early next week. Im just curious because it is compounded and not brand. Thanks bro

Blood tests are all great. No pain. Pharm grade even if compound.

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't get much better than this. Unless you were single and was tapping every hottie that walked by. LOL

Anyway, things are getting back on track and I feel like you should get out of the way if your in my way! Confidance is what I feel, I'm very relaxed and strong feeling...even in just walking and talking. I know many of you can relate to exactly to what I'm trying to say. I'm now working out 230 on shoulder presses, 290 on flat bench, and 250 on incline. (All smith/hammer strength machines, where you add plates). Also, curling 125 and downward pressing 200 for triceps on pin & plates. Dips are ridiculous, I have to put the seatbelt on! I do mostly compound movements on machines due to a tweaky shoulder and wrist, but I feel I'm almost getting the same benefits as free weights? I'll take it, I'm growing. My bro, who hasn't seen me in several months said I look like a football player...meaning my upperbody is bulking but I still have a gut...damn it! It's slowy coming off. Thanks to this forum and thanks to Chip. Legit....
 
Aint been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) long but since getting my 2nd shot of Nebido, I had my 25 week pregnant fiancee begging for mercy after banging her for about 5 or 6 x my usual time before taking. lol
