Hrt guys share your wins!

Damn, that's good weight. How do your wrists and shoulders feel when pressing that much weight?

Shoulder is fine, my bad joint bothers me more with high reps of 315lb then a one rep max. Wrists are fine but prior to the attempt and success at a new 1 rep PR raw (no shirt) of 450lb I was braking in a new bench shirt with 505, 555 and 585lb now those 585lb ½ reps with the shirt on and wrist wraps on REALLY hurt my elbows, need elbow wraps I think for over 550lb.

I've dropped 50 lbs of body fat since October (4 months), strength is up, and libido is off the charts. Good times.

So, I'm able to get an appt. a month early since I've been having some ED problems. I have to ask for an estradiol test and I get my test level gets checked again too. Estrogen comes back at 59 and test at 5,481! Yes, you heard me right. I was at 712 on Dec. 15 and then jump to that by Feb.1. The nurse asks me if I'm taking it correctly and I said yes, just like I've been for the last 9 months. I take 1cc of test e per week. Thoughts? I know there's no way my test is that high...is it?

Hey Inspiring thread fellas! Congrats to all of you. I'm gona keep me Eye on this thread. Cant wait to see when the guy with the Total gym mounts it to the wall to get more angle!

The doc is trying to say my estrogen is at 59 due to test level being so high. Told me to stop injections for 2 weeks and come back for blood test. I'm not going to stop injections and request an AI(which I think he'll do) in 2 weeks cause I know my test isn't 5,481. Does that sound good? I'm also on 500mg hcg/week even though the doctor says inject 1.5cc/week for 2 weeks and I should be good. My doc is on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) also.

Been on test cyp for three Weeks now mood has improved energy pretty much everything . Life is getting better one day at a time .coming from sitting on the couch all day after work to cleaning working out etc. also I have not changed diet at all I eat whatever I want when I want in three Weeks I have gained a inch and a half on my arms just crazy I think i'm gonna watch what I eat and see how far I can take this. Oh yeah i'm on 200Mg every 7 days with estro blocker

Yea, I wouldn't stop. That test level is very fishy......Getting an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would be a good deal.

Sounds like your off to a great start.

Bumping this for some wins. Anyone have something to add? Unfortunately I do not. I had to back off my training b/c of tennis elbow. This is one suck of an injury. Can't even grip a weight w/o pain. Anyway lots of drama on here as of late. Let's stay focused &hear about some progress.

Is the point of origin for your elbow pain on the inside of your elbow where the bicep ties into the forearm?

I had pretty severe pain that radiated from my upper forearm up to my mid bicep area. I began lifting with an arm wrap I bought at Wal Mart and hitting the jacuzzi several times a week for aqua therapy. At it's worst I could barely lift a gallon of milk out of the fridge and it is basically 100% gone now. Just started doing barbell curls again last week. I still wear the wrap when I lift though.

Bingo! I've had this problem a few times over the years and it is pretty easily addressed.

I will use an elastic ace bandage and lightly wrap it around the affected area circled in the picture.

A little bit of light pressure on the area does wonders. It allows me to train normally without any additional pain and it facilitates the healing process.

The issue is inflammation between the tendon and the myosyn sheath that covers it.

Unfortunately my pain is located on and around the radial head with extensor involvement. If I make. Tight fist I get a good amount of pain as well as the actions of taking a pan off the stove & milk out. Most painful are bi exercises & back, which aggravate. I stopped all bi work & doing lite back with no deads :'( . I'm icing like a mad man. I did get a support to wear, but started to do incline dumbells kicked the weight up with my knees as usual but the fucking support thru my balance off just enough to give an odd angle & felt a pull & pain under my clavicle. Good thing it was only sore for a couple of days so no biggie. It is getting better probably 50% improved. I will continue to ice & stretch for a couple more weeks. If it doesn't get to 80% I'll just work on dropping some fat & continue with light weights until I'm 100%.

While my elbow support helped, the hot jacuzzi baths did wonders.

FWIW, in my case I tried two different braces, one that wraps around your upper forearm only and another that was a full elbow support that started at the mid forearm and ended mid bicep, whiched worked much better for me. After realizing heat/aqua therapy made such a big difference, I bought a microwaveable hot/cold pad and was putting the heat to it daily for a while. I did barbell rows today and actually got a couple more reps out of my right arm, which used to be the sore arm, than my left. The pain is essentially gone.

Yea, the support that I was using was ok for every day stuff but not a workout. I'll look this one up thanks for the info TR.
