I may get flamed for taking this from T-nation.com but I always like to post various workouts on here and get other's opinions. If nothing else, it may also spark some interest in those looking for a new program themselves. Rather than copy n paste the the entire workout here's the link :

The name stands for:
H = Heavy lift
S = Superset (or triple set)
S = Special technique or special exercise
100 = 100 rep set
Take a look lemme know what you guys think. Some of the special exercises look interesting and may give some people the variety that they are seeking. This is only bc i really did not like the 1-6 method that i posted before and said i was going to be doing.
