Starting taking first dose yesterday. Will say that Pryo packs a wicked punch already. Today log went like this. Been feeling really good and oh man freaking pumped today!! Hit up chest at gym, then went to track in dead heat and did mile.


Chest:

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 10 warm up 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 4, 245 lbs x 2

incline db press: 60 lbs x 8.8,8

smith machine flat press: 185 lbs x 8,8,6

pec deck: 125 lbs x 8,8,8
 
Had to be in at 5:30 am and good night I had maybe 4 hrs or close to 3 hrs sleep. I had the most unreal energy today all day and felt like I could lift a truck. Hit up 1 mile at the track after back workout. It's so hot that you sweat just coming out of my truck.

Back:

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 100 lbs x 12,10,10

db rows: 55 lbs x 8,8,8

reverse lat machine pull downs: 150 lbs x 8, 135 lbs x 8, 6

face pulls: 110 lbs x 10,10

trap bar dead lifts: 185 lbs x 8, 8, 8
 
I did their Msten several months ago and my arms were swole as hell. But this combo right now is freaking unreal. I feel like some one hit me with a shot of pure tren and decca and test lol I don't want to stop lifting.
 
Had a blast tricep day with cardio following at the track in about 90 degree weather. Thus after being at work acting as a paramedic in today's exercise transporting victims back in forth through the heat lol. I'm feeling really pumped and loving it.

Cardio: 1 mile track

Triceps:

machine dips: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

rope press downs: 100 lbs x 12,12,12

reverse cable bar curls: 100 lbs x 12,10,10

v bar press downs: 120 lbs x 12,12,12

db over head presses: 60 lbs x 10,10,10
 
Ok so today was like the last several! I couldn't wait til hit the gym and wanted to go back hrs later. I don't want this feeling to ever stop! Hit up shoulders today and felt pump the entire time.

Shoulders:

Lat Machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10, 150 lbs x 8,8

db presses: 55 lbs x 8,8,8

db shrugs: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

side db lateral raises: 15 lbs x 10,10,10

cable machine upright rows: 80 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10,10

rear delt flyes: 75 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10,10

behind the neck pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10
 
Took couple days off. Boys took me to see the new Super man movie Sunday!! Wicked movie imo. Today hit chest.

Long day at work in gas mask sweating like hell. Got to gym to hit some biceps up.

Goodnight being away from the gym for a week kills your mood lol. I was so sore today but finally managed to hit gym for some back. I will hit up biceps or tri's tomorrow. Baby Evan is doing great eating and zzzzz "ahh the life of a baby"!

Today felt good but still out of the loop from days off with the baby. Thing that's bother me is that damn pain in the elbows and forearms when doing biceps only. I manage to still hit a good one up and pushed through it.

Man holidays kill your mood lol. I got to hit chest up today and felt ok but not as strong as the past few weeks. Still managed to do a decent one

Oh man I remember why I don't train legs much lol it hurts so damn bad but feels oh soo good! I have got to make a self note to really stretch legs next time!!!

Legs:

lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 8,8,8

leg press: 4 plates x 10, 8, 6 plates x 6

hack squat machine: 90 lbs x 12, 120 lbs x 10,8

I have as of today 12 days left. I have really enjoyed this product. I always give iml their props and will say this is one hell of a wicked product.

Today I hit up gym for cardio only. Put in 1.96 miles 35 minutes treadmill.
 
I hit up triceps today. It was hot as ff in the gym. Well it was just hot every where to be honest.
