Yea it's called Creatine. Just wait it out my friend , you have plenty of time to get all you can out of that free test running through those veins of yours. I started training when I was 13 and didn't touch gear until I was 35 yrs old , I'm now 43 and I'm just starting to consider hgh. I'll be doing LR3 IGF-1 in a couple of wks.
Do yourself and your health a favor and wait , you will grow with all the new OTC stuff thats out there these days , trust us on this. Guys my age didn't have the luxury of the stuff you young bucks have today.

creatine is great stuff, but at this point, it doesnt suit your goal... dont start on it before your tournament, you'll GAIN, not lose weight...

that said, im with ozzy, once the tournament is over, you should add it to your regime and see how it does for you
 
If you want energy try some ephedra, its not a steroid but it will give you a nice kick for your workouts.

if your goal is to lose 7 lbs.. i would say diet a bit.. stay away from ''fructose'' sugar isnt bad but fructose is worse. umm 7 pounds isnt hard to lose. i'd try some ephedra, or even clenbuteral.
 
Steroids aren't for energy or weight loss. Go with an OTC supplement for your energy issue, and diet/cardio for your weight loss.
 
your 18.. your not much younger than I how do you have limeted energy. should be bouncing off the walls. i'd personally say get some sleep lol and eat right and the energy will come. also they say that an increase in your calcium intake can help with enhanced energy. and limit fatigue. i also agree with the cardio. cardio is essential. a least i think so. go for a walk. ride a bike. run arround the block. do something. get laid.. anything to get that heart rate goin lol

lol. I have alot of energy but I work to much and after work I'm drained. I push my self to the limit during my training. I'm losing weight to slowly I need something to speed up the process. Anyone have a good diet I can benefit from.
 
hrmm.. what are your current eating habbits.. try training before work whenever possible. 1 hour naps between work and the gym works for me sometimes. i know exactly how you feel tho man i work nights. and have to go to the gym early in the morning after working all night.. so being drained sucks major ass. but as far as basically i can just say drop some junk foods.. like for example.. if you want a candy bar.. eat an apple instead. diets work wonders but the only thing is it's hard as hell to keep on them. it all depends on the person tho. i mean it could be as simple as changing how much and how frequently your eating.

If your goal is to stunt any further growth and to not hit your natural peak, and also overshadow your naturally high test levels at 18. Then yes steroids are the answer for you. Wait a while, atleast 3 years.
