had to edit post. i am so sorry for being dumb. I just wish i had all the info i wanted without getting in trouble..this sucks, but oh well maybe its not in my cards to get the gains i was hoping. thanks for the heads up on having to edit.

for my diet i eat alot of chicken and veggies..but i eat a pretty good amount..should i limit the intake of food? or should i eat like a beast? I dont really want to cheat anyway with gear, but it seems that most people who are buffed out are on something. i just wanted to level the playing field.
 
post your diet up in the diet forum, ill check it out and so will some other members of the board.

seems like you arent counting calories, that might be a good start
 
will do, and no i dont really count my calories..guess i ought to be real sharp and not guess on things. thanks. just not alot of time..but i will make time to figure all this out the right way. thanks guys.
 
There are some nice sites you can use to log your calories/keep track of macros. I've been using Myfitnesspal for a few months now and really like it, its easy to enter and takes very little time plus they have a mobile app so you can use it anywhere, something to check out if your interested.
