I can't get my arms bigger

My stats:

Age: 29
Weight: 200lbs
BF: approx 20%
1.88m tall.

I've been training hard for just over a year now. When I started, I weighed about 180lbs, so I've gained around 20lbs in the last year.

I've come to a point now where I'm struggling to get bigger, especially my arms. I've tried all sorts of routines, but nothing seems to work.

Many people say you can easily over train your arms, which is why you shouldn't really dedicate a whole day doing just biceps or triceps. Other people say that you can train biceps every day if you wanted.

I'm a natural trainer and don't use any form of aas.

What is the general consensus here?

you heard correct from those that say don't dedicate a whole day to arm's.

Do you deadlift?

Yes I do.

Here is my routine at the moment:

Monday - Chest & triceps
Tuesday - Legs & Lower back
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back & Biceps

Diet is pretty good, so I'm not sure what else I can do to get through this plateau.

I'm thinking that doing a cycle of aas is the only forward.

Bicep days im at the gym for 30-40 minutes and only that long becuase I do back as well. Biceps are tiny and way easy to overtrain.. Triceps I beat the shit out of lol. A large amount of your arm consists of the tricep making it a little more difficult to overtrain.

I have also read AGAINST the normal heavy weight low rep routine when training biceps and I think it actually makes a difference. For bulking all of my workouts EXEPT for biceps I do heavy weight 6-8 reps. I've recently switched my bicep routine to light weight lots of reps when doing biceps and have seen very good results. Maybe just becuase im switching it up, but I think you should give it a shot.
