i dont know what i need to do about definition

im curently on my 3rd cycle....10 weeks of Sustanon (sust). . out of all my cycles *that hasn't been screwed up by customs* i havent really got any definition..just broad *if that makes any since*
my strength is threw the roof...

before i started aas, i was 200.... now im sitting at 224 ...do i need to loose some weight..im not sure about my bf, i bet its like 17%

what can i do to make me look more defined? give me some details please...i appriciate it guys

bro you know the answer!diet,cardio ,the hardest part of training,im on a sust cycle now,eating nonstop building some bulk(I desperatly need) then diet time and cardio time kick in,good luck in yer quest for definition!

i know the answer to it, its just so fucking hard ya know, i have the dedication to go to the gym and lift mad weights haha..but i slack off when it comes to dieting/cardio
 
its just that dedication...
can ya help me out on a good diet that i can acheive easily..
im taking 18 hrs. of school this semester, so time is hard
