hi all
i had my stomach stapled and lost 100 lbs
i way 146 lbs. and can't eat much but i can force down ptotien shakes so i don't think i'll have a problem with protien. i'm about 14% body fat and its time to gain muscle.

i'm going to take
200 deca ew
200 primo ew
1 cc test for libido

i have my post cycle therapy (pct) ready
i also have proviron but im not sure if i need it or when to take it. i was told it is for libido
but thats what the test is for

i would appreciate any advice..thanks
 
This is your first cycle ...right? Stick with just Test bro. How much mg is your Test per ml and what kind? Enanthate/Cypionate/Proprionate ???
 
i'm not sure how to tell mg to ml. it is sutaplex 275. i have done deca and sustenon 250 bfore. but not steady cycle. i did it wrong. i did gain about 15 pounds on them but i was fat and looked like crap. whats wrong with deca and primo am i to small to stack them with the test sutaplex 275
 
Problem is the amounts you listed are not enough to do much at all. How long are you planning for the cycle? I would agree with the test only 1 cc on Monday and 1cc on Thursday for 12 weeks or so.
 
i was planning 8 weeks. i can up the deca but the primo costs to much and i cant return it so will it be a waste to take it at this amount.
 
Yes, people will recommend 400-600 mgs per week of either compound with test as a base. You also need to realize that its going to take about 3-4 weeks before they 'kick in' so with an 8 week cycle you will be stopping just as the results really start coming (providing a sufficient dosage).

You also need to keep in mind that you need different compounds to be ready for 19nor sides cause deca gyno is different and nolva wont work on it.
 
sustaplex is a Axio product and it would be either 325mg/ml or 350mg/ml.
They make a 350mg/ml product when a quality grade actetate powder can't be found.
I personally like the 350mg stuff better :bigok:

How tall are you and how old are you?
 
you NEED to worry about your health and leave cycling alone.you are not ready to cycle . if you cant gain lean mass at your weight with training and proper nutrients then steroids will NOT help.

My opinion...read..for a looong time..It s all right here..nothing personal.

i have been doing research to do things right this time and i thought i had it right but your telling me im wrong wichh is good becuase that is why i jjoind this forum. i wanted to find someone who realy knows what they are doing because it is confusing.
i have not been able to get proper guidance

i'm 34 and have been lifting on and off about 20 years. i did have my stomach stapled obout a year ago. i was 245 5'8 now im around 150. i gues i have lack of discipline i couldnt beat the fat. believe me i tried. to tell you the truth i regret doing it.

You regret the stapling? Or do you regret having felt that you had to resort to stapling?
Personally I wouldn't worry too damn much about it. Right or wrong, it's done. I can't judge another's sense of desperation in these matters. We can all speculate about drug addicts (for instance) not having discipline, but lots of people suffer and die while repeatedly telling themselves that they OUGHT to be able to stop.
Frankly, you're still young and it looks like you know that working out is the path for you, so proceed. Nothing burns fat like muscle, so stay focused on building muscle. One workout at a time will take you to the dignity you want.
Look, I'm 61. I've been skinny as hell, and I've been pretty damn fat. Building muscle was my life's saving grace.
