Maybe wait on surgery, give the skin time to tighten. Also build muscle to fill out.

Looks like it's just sagging a little.

honestly i don't think thats cellutlitis bro, just more fat. You've come this far by doing something right, so you know how to get rid of fat apparently. Remember, the more weight you lose, the more you have to reduce your calories to continue to lose weight. Try varrying up your cardio routine maybe, and work on core more often. Make sure to pump some serious iron as well my freind, keeps your body anabolic and helps the fat burning process...gotta be intense!

If you still cannot seem to get any results, you can always get a blood test with the doctor to make sure your thyroid/tesosterone/E2 levels are where they should be. If they're fine, then ya just gotta work harder on the diet and exercise.

Remember you probably had been carrying that extra fat for a long time, so it's gonna take a while for it to come off as well.

Get a second opinion. Congrats btw on what you've done. That takes some motivation and consistency. Well done

bro im going to give an advice and take it if you please.. med field is the most corrupted field in the world. how do i know? i work on the med field... some doctors will tell you you have something when you dont to bill your insurance company or so you can pay it cash...get 3 4 or 5 opinions.. 3/4 of those people will try to fuck you over.. unless they all say the exact same thing.. i would rather work my ass off diet and train 7 days a week 365 days a year then to pay up some wanna be doctor 3-4 gs for a surgery.. work, dedication, motivation is the key.. stay motivated keep up consistency little by little your body will adjust to its new look.

think of a modeling clay when your trying to build a structure... it takes time effort and consistency.. out body is the same and you have made some nice improvements now you have to let your body tighten up while you feed it the right foods and correct training..

theres nothing more depressing and frustrating then wasting money on nothing.. ( surgery).. anyway good luck man youv lost alot of bf and weight why screw it up now? keep going and dont waste your money.

yeah celulitis is inflamation of the the skin and underlying structure due to infection. what you have , and by no means do i mean to insult you in any way, is extra skin and fat from eating wrong for years. working your abs will not magically get rid of that. only time will help. with out seeing what your training routine and diet look like i can not accuretly comment on it but our bodies will constantly reset hormones while dieting to male it harder to lose.

Not to instantly jump to a 'drug' solution, as it sounds like you're doing what you need to in the area of diet and excercise, but have you considered GH?
If you're seriously considering a 3-4g surgery, I would highly rec using even just half that on a year of GH at like 2-4iu/day.
Not only can it help do wonders for getting rid of abdominal fat, but it is really about the only route I can think of to repair your skin damage from your previous weight gain.

i think he means cellulite ?

not cellulitis ?

Based on the way he spelled 'celulitis', the metric system use and the way the sentences are constructed. Is more likely that he is from Spanish speaking country.

Celulitis is cellulite in Spanish.

I was born in Mexico so his sentence makes perfect sense. Haha.

And I have to agree, what's shown in the pic is fat/lose skin NOT cellulite

yeah I was waiting for someone to jump in with that. my brother had cellulitis around his elbow, man that you don't want. cellulite you can deal with, cellulitis is very painful, and he was hospitalized, and had to have rehab just to use his hand again from that shit in his elbow.

lol any medical professional that would use the term cellulite I would stay clear of it is a coined term and by no means a clinical term in medicine, what it refences is an area of tissue containing a congregation of fat cells that recieve very poor circulation (fat needs very little blood supply) or the fat contains high levels of toxins (ie heavy metals or substances otherwise veiwed as toxic compounds the body could not excrete fast enough) or a combination of both. The easy way to deal with this (easy is relative to your desire lol) is to continue eating clean, HIIT cardio plenty of water to flush toxin that are excreted from the cells you empty from being put back into others. and deal with circulatory issue in the area. some ideas for this include sport massage and skin rolling, taking a 81 mg asprin and a 500mg niacin before cardio (yes you will be very red and itchy, live with it or keep the flab) maybe some cranberry extract (not juice too many cals(reg) and not diet sweetend with artificial sweetners) to help kidneys deal with the wastes from burning the old dirty fat and keep the area warm while you train as the area is loose and somewhat physiologically detached from your body you need to keep blood in the area to pick up the fat when your body requires it for energy.
hope this is helpfull

Do HIIT that will get rid of the excess fat you have. That way it will be easier to make a decision about what you want to do. I'm sure a good plastic surgeon or a dermatologist can assist you.
