I have a little case of gyno. Help

I have a little bit of gyno and read on one of the sticks "Tamoxifen: 40mg daily for one week. Then 20mg daily until gynecomastia is reversed." I have 10mg tablets. My question is what dose should I take them in? 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or all 4 at once? Not really sure if I should break up the dosage. Any knowledge will be much appreciated thanks.

20mgs in the morning and 20mgs 12 hours later is the way I have done it.

So after one day would you take the next dosage in the morning again or wait til it's been another 12 hours. Also so when I drop to 20mg just take one tab in the morning and 1 tab 12 hours later? What was your results with this and how long did it take to reverse it? Any side effects?

If you take it every 12 hours it will always be at the same time.. 9am, 9pm, 9am, 9pm
Once on the 20mgs per day, you can just do the 20 in the morning or at night

I don't think it really matters due to the half life of the drug but I prefer to break up the 40mg dose personally, I always did this even with pct when I ran clomid at 100mgs for the first week i would split it into 12 hour intervals, just personal preference

Right on yeah that makes sense. So how long did it take to reverse it and were there any side effects?

I would do 40mgs for 2 weeks then drop down to 20mgs.
