I need a new work out any advice!

:eek2: ok before i layout my current work out i wont to say, that i do not have a set day to do a spacific body part. every week is diffrent from the last!!!

this weeks work!out

monday: chest.

bench, 6 sets 8-10reps.

incline. 5 sets 8-10reps

pull overs. 4 sets 8-10reps


tuesday: back.

seated rows 5 sets 8-12 reps

lat pulldowns. 4 sets 10-12 reps

row machine. 4 sets 8-10 reps

t-bar rows. 4 sets 10 reps


wensday legs.

squats 7 sets 6-8 reps

leg press 3 sets 8-10 reps

leg extentions 4 sets 8-10 reps

calf raises 6 sets 6-10 reps

donkey raises 4 sets 10-12 reps


thursday arms
bi
db curls. 4 sets 10-12 reps

strightbar curls, 4 sets 10-12 reps

over head cable curls. 4 sets 8-10 reps

tri

skull crushers. 4 sets 10-12

over head db press. 4 sets 8-12 reps

tri press downs. 6 sets 8-12 reps

friday shoulders

bb press. 5 sets 6-8 reps

db press 5 sets 5-8 reps

bb shrugs 7 sets 6-10 reps

flys 4 sets 6-8 reps :destroy:


IM WILLING TO TAKE ANY ADVICE, MY WORKS LAST ANY WERE FROM AN HOUR AND HALF OR TWO.
 
ur workout should only be a hour max more then that ur over trainning
 
this was last weeks workout i didnt do traps last week.... so you guys think im over training? ok ill check out the 5x5 workout!
 
im not sure i like the 5x5 i really only like working out one muscle group a day!
 
u can do the 5x5 with one bodypart do 5 sets wit 5 reps
