i need good workouts for every muscle group, feel free to share

so im pretty new to this i want to gain muscle mass while maintaining strength and i figured id isolate each muscles. each day i work out a muscle group like
Monday - chest, Tuesdays - shoulders, Wednesday - quads, Thursday - arms, friday - back, Saturday - ham strings and calfs

so i would like to know the best workouts to do for each groups, ill appreciate every thing anyone has to say
