The first time I gave her 40mcg she.was freaking out.. She felt ok, but her hands wouldn't stop shaking.
I've read a couple hit or miss threads on rui clen. I'm 100% positive we got a great batch.

Nothing but good things to say about rui clen ran it a couple of times and couldn't go over 100mcg or I felt like shit! Bu had great results. ( with a perfect diet and a bit of cardio of course)

I rec RUI Clen. I don't use clen much now, but when I did I would only use 60-80mcg of RUI Clen and i was cramping up and the fat was coming off.
I highly rec taking extra taurine and 1-2 bananas a day for potassium.
