a full 3 exercises for 2 sets each. I don't have to do upper body again till monday, so i may do it. Call me crazy, lol. I haven't done more than 2 sets of hammers since May.
I have a spendid bicep routine. It consists of heavy bent rows and weighted chins. Can think of nothing better to hammer them. But yes, I do work them every once and awhile. Been about two months since I did a curl but sometimes I get bored.
After a hard back routine, I really don't feel I need to hit biceps hard. They are already semi fatigued. I might hit a max of 4 sets of bis, then go home. I tried high volume stuff before too and it just doesn't seem to be any good for me.

me neither. every few weeks I may go in at the end of the week and do some superset bi/tri work just to shock em a bit, but usually I don't do any more than a few sets for both with chest and back (seperate days of course. lol)
straight bar curls 115x8, 135x5
strive preacher strip set with 4 quarters on middle, took one off after five reps. one set of this.
2x8 40lb dumbells, hammers.
20 minutes on the elyptical.
I just wanted to get some blood flowing as i was stiff all over.
