I wanna juice for football!

My name is Bryan and Iam 18 and currently a jr in high school. Iam 6"4 245 and iam a Defensive lineman for my High School football team. I didn't do well as I excepted this season. And i got 1 more season to show iam college material. And I know what the problem is. Iam weak in the weight room. My bench is 175lbs I squad 275lbs I deadlift 325 (All Free Weights). So I decided to take steroids. My friend told be about a Steroid called SUSTANON 250. He said its detection time is low and it will give me more weight, speed and strength. And that's what Iam looking for.Is he saying the truth? Is SUSTANON the right steroid for me? If not what is?

WHAT I LIFT AND EAT IN THE OFF SEASON

Monday-bench press,tricep curls,bicep curls
Wednesday-squats,deadlift,powercleans,legpress,leg curls
Friday-dumbell fly's,incline press, decline press,calf rises

Protein intake is about 90-150 a day. 6 meals a day during off season when I lift, which equals to about 3,000 to 5,000 calories or maybe more. DO I NEED TO LIFT AND EAT MORE IF SO TELL ME

eat more protein bro,at your age I would seriously look at your diet,if you get a good diet goin you will not have a need for juice you will grow faster with proper diet and rest than with juice!

ummm yeah....save the juice because your diet is not sound and your not at your genetic potential....up your protein to about 250-300 grams...that would be easy to get if you eat about 50-60 grams each meal....
you also need to make sure youe get in your essential fatty acids....things like penut butter are good for that and eat complex carbs throughout the day....my diet is something like this 300+ protien, 200-300 carbs and 85 grams of fat...if you stop or aren't growing then eat more bro...take it easy bro...don't juice until you gett to your peak

But I don't only need to get stronger I need to get faster. And the only way to get faster is by taking steroids while doing agility's and lifting.

Many people would not agree with me, but if I had acess to juice in highschool, I would done it. The only exception for juicing in highschool though is if you had a legitimate shot at a DI school. If you're not playing college, then don't do it. Your size is a big part of how colleges look at you for recruiting. However, until you have your training down properly and know how to eat properly. Don't rush into something as serious as steroids and fuck up your body. I'd go to tre training board for help in that area.

maybe try running!just taking juice wont make you fast!its not a magic potion

I was in your similar situation, alot of d1 schools didnt look at me cause I was about 40 pds under what they wanted. DONT take steroids bro, Ive been lifting for 3 years and I have not reached my peak and I DO NOT plan on taking steroids anytime soon. ( And never have )

Your diet is a big part of it, and your training. I am trying out for a D1 school in about 2 weeks so I can tell you how it goes. Pay attention to alot of plyometrics (twice a week), that will help your speed. Also, if you know any former football players or anyone that can help you, ASK THEM, I am lucky to have a former football pro / powerlifting champion that manages my gym. I BEG him to help me all the time and he does without a huff, he loves it. And he has helped me ALOT.

I would get better eating and lifting habits first. And learn better technics on the football field. Yeah size and body weight are pluses, but you need to have the skill to play.

If you are that weak at that bodyweight you need to learn how to diet. I was stronger than that and nowhere near your bodyweight, heck I dont weigh that now.

Eating + training first, if you can't do that steroids wont help you.

Iam probably 1 of the most skilled players in the county but my strength is screwing me! Thats why i didnt make 1st team all county. And got 3ed team All County

Dude, I got 3 words for you. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Steroids aren't magic, they won't make you faster, and they won't help you all that much with strength if your training and diet aren't sound. If you won't listen to these other guys telling you you are too young, listen to me; I'm ony 18 as well, and still natural.... I've been researching steriods since around my 17th Bday, and I still don't feel like I want to cross that line just yet. I am still able to grow naturally, as can you. I don't necessarily think there is an age limit, such as some people saying "you need to be X years old to juice." Rather, I believe that there is a maturity/research level one must reach. This means, to me, that one must know what to do, how to do it, proper precautions, etc. and then decide if it is time to take the leap. I was basically in your situation as for being too weak for my position (although my technique wasn't good either; I had no college playing aspirations), and I know that you will probably decide not to listen to us and juice anyway. All I have to say is DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.

your protien intake should be 1-1.5 grams per lb, so that means you should be eating over 300 grams of protien. For your wieght you should be definatly be eating more calories and I dont mean big mac or some shit like that. Some steak and a baked potatoe would be nice. Bump up calorie and protien intake. Until you do that, it will be a waste of time money and your health.

First off.......How the hell are you an 18 yo Junior. Shit I had graduated when i was 17.

Secondly. How do you know your one of the most skilled at your position?? 3rd team all county isn't saying a whole lot to colleges.

Third. Worrying about detection time with steroids in high school!! Who cares i've never heard of any high school team testing. That would just never happen due to cost.

Fourth. Do you even have a weight coach at your school, cause the program you listed is awful.

Fifth. Steroids will not make you fast. Speed training is what improves your speed. And in all essence your really can't teach speed. You can improve it some, but you either have it or don't.

Sixth. Learn to read nutrition labels. I don't even think its possible to get in only 90g - 150g Protein with 3,000 - 5,000 kcals / day. The incomplete proteins items such as milk would most likely put you above that. Thats only like 12% of your food intake. That needs to get a lot higher.

Seventh. At 245 lb and your only benching 175. Do you see whats wrong with this picture. At your age and weight that needs to be much closer 315. Just a question on my part: How the hell are you pushing tackles out of the way??? You don't have any upper body strength.

Eighth. If you can't get yourself to D1 or whatever without steroids. What the hell are you going to do with your self when you get there and your tested. Yes its not hard to pass the tests. But from your post and lack of knowledge i don't think you could.

Do you see what i'm getting at here Bryan: If your serious about making a college football team then my suggestion to you is find a local college strength and conditioning coach and work a deal out with him. Get him to help you setup a program to follow. Drugs are not the answer. Knowledge right now is far more important to you.

Get yourself qualified. Get the ACT or SAT done with and out of the way. Finish off this year in the classroom strong.

BRO! LISTEN TO ME! I was ranked 3rd in canada for fullbacks....had top canadian universities look at me..ALL THAT YOU NEED IS DEDICATION, A DIALED DOWN DIET and A PROPER TRAINING SYSTEM!!! TRUST me, you do not need steroids at this point of your age. All you need to do is train harder than anything you have put forth in your life! all roids do is boost the results of your hard training!!
You will be surprised what running 4-8K a day, training properly and having the right diet will do for you at your age!

Hey r3ver3nd,
I've got a question for ya. If you don't take steroids and don't plan on taking them anytime soon...WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU DOING HERE?

Probably what an intelligent person would do before using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) -- a shit load of RESEARCH.
