I want massive Forearms!!!

....and was wondering what works. I know most don't work them out, since they get a good workout doing other lifts, but I really want hit them hard.
 
Don't use straps on deadlift/shrugs

Other than that, wrist curls (palms up or palms down, on a bench) and reverse curls seem to work pretty well for me.

Shoulders get hit hard on chest day but I love to throw in upright row's. they have helped my traps and given a seperation point from the upper chest and shoulder girdle. a lot of people steer away from uprights cause they get hurt. just do them real strict and dont sway the back i also did one arm cable extensions to the side today and am feelin it already.
