i want to put size on my arm

i dont take steroid i begin to train with 14.5 inch now i have 19.5 inch arm ,
but i want more size.because my arm is small for the rest of my body

i weight 255lbs for 5.10

i train for 3 years and i am short of idea now

i train hard i try standard set , i try superset pyramydal set and i train my bicep and tricep 2 days a week but i want to stay natural and i want to have bigger arm make suggestion please
 
you train arms 2 times a week and they also get blasted when you do chest and back days . thats 2 much work for a natural body builder imo.
 
i do quatrosetx3 skullcruch ,close bench press,dbel tricepextention and pushdown

and a quatroset x3 inclined bench curl, dbalternat curl ,reverse curl,and curl

i take 4 minute break in each quatroset (ho yes i change exercise every month but
i never do concentration it feel like a waist of time)


i put 2.5 inch in my arm with this system but now it dont work anymore

and for my number of post i passed a lot of time in the porn section some years ago :D


stats:39, 260lbs 18% body fat and 5ft10.

try switching your routines up ever week or 2. for me a month is too long.

Get a tattoo on yer arm that reads "SIZE"...lol

I'll admit that I have a problem with heart failure and I will have to say this the earlier this is not because I do not want to take steroid, I can't take steroid.


but for a guy with fragile heart i have a good size but i want more size in my arm :)
 
Damn man, 19.5 is better than what i got. I only have 17 in. arms which isnt bad considering i'm 5ft 11in and only weigh 210 with bout 16% bf. I wish i had your arms bro.lol
 
Start curling 60 lbs 5 rep 10 second rest , then lift 40 lbs 15 rep rest 10 second ,then lift 50 lbs 5 reps rest 10 second, then lift 35 lbs 75 rep rest in between no more than 5 seconds, and keep the rep going to muscle faliure, i kow its alot, but gets the mass going to new memory, you just have to challenge the bicep's, good luck... P/s i think u reached your max in genes..

I mainly focus on heavy compound movements (deads, bench and squats) I obviously do other exercises, but don't spend an entire workout just on arms, because I've tried that and for me it was too much. As long as I maintained a gud diet and trained hard(but didn't overtrain) I found my arms grew just fine as did the rest of me.( I went from lifting 5-6 times a wk to lifting 3-4 times a week and thats when I started putting on size and strength) I was just way overtraining and I think alot of people do. U don't need to hit the gym every day to get big. Diet is also VERY important
