its my girl thats on var with the elevated heart rate NOT me . which is a clear obvious example being someone brand new to gear gets on Var and her resting heart rate goes from 60s to the 100s . real world evidence right there.
I don't even need to post all the medical evidence and pharmacokinetics of Var showing this as well

Var is listed in the medical community as one drug to definitely avoid if you have existing heart conditions. its not all that liver toxic like a lot of orals, its one down fall is the heart health (people tend to forget that and think its the safest oral out there)

lol , dip shit . I was monitoring my morning resting heart rate before ever even cycling steroids to begin with . As a long distance endurance athlete thats something athletes do to monitor training intensity and keep from over reaching. If your resting heart rate jumps up, then you need to back off on the training or adjust diet . it also will indicate your quality of REM sleep .

^ so being I've done this for years and years . why the fuck would I not have my wife do it when she's running Var, on her first cycle, and training her ass off . lol . but you don't do anything by 'protocols' , so i would not expect you to know any of the above or do anything in a professional manner . but each to their own man

and FYI - theres a big difference between a 300 pound whale, and a 110 pound female . so if var does not increase your heart rate , fine . but a female is a different story . I told OP to monitor his girls heart rate, because you can use that as a gauge to dial in the dosage . makes perfect sense to do so for a first female cycle of Var .

like I said we had my wife up to 10mg per day , then switched to 10mg Eod, then got a pill splitter and did 5mg a day . we dialed the dosage in by monitoring her resting heart rate. which tells a lot about a persons physical stress on the body . 10mg was too much for her, 5mg is just right. her heart rate told the tale and was used as a tool (maybe you don't know how to use 'tools' idk)

Still don't get it do you .. it was MY WIFES heart rate thats elevated taking Var. it was the OPs girlfriend i suggested her monitor heart rate to help dial in the dosage.

this thread and post has nothing to do with ME , its about females cycling var

I was sponsored by a bicycle manufacturer and raced in cycling for several years competing at the state level in the most competieve state in the us for the sport. and yes i did take my training fairly serious. not that monitoring resting heart rate for an athlete is really all that serious though , lol guess its new to you though.

this is a genetic pre-despostition . there are guys that have never cycled AAS in their life and are only on TRT that have hemoglobin issues and need to come off trt and detox to keep it under control. I also live at a very high elevation which amplifies hemoglobin levels. but you can keep talking shit on things you have no clue about or are educated on and keep making a fool of yourself
 
I've never heard of var raising hr to any significant degree. Not saying you're full of shit, just that if it does raise hr that it's not very common
