thanks pullinbig. one last question before i buy the powerrack. is it a good deal? or can you give me a link to a better deal. i just need something with all the options as the powertech in one package. and once again thanks a million... next week ill be putting up dry wall and rubber mats and hopefully my weights.

new york barbells. already posted it. a reg ol power rack with no atachments and a flat bench. a 300lb olympic weight set. you can add to it as you go along with more 45s. i dont know how strong you are.
