Bro, that is bullshit, last year on my cut I hardly did cardio what so ever And got down to a very low body fat percentage, at the end I did maybe 15 min of cardio a day with my heart rate in the range of 120 bpm post workout, other the that I relied on my diet to shred up
U are arguing with 3j here as well, I think obviously the guy is well educated in nutrition and just not saying this cause I am.one.of his clients but if u go with him you might consider what " u think" your diet is great, and maybe u wouldn't have to bust so many balls doing cardio if your diet was in order bro

Thanks, and I agree but I do believe every individual has dif metabolisms, I can put weight on rather quickly as I love to eat lol, but I can loose weight quickly as well without to.much cardio
I do not agree with op using dnp that shit is deadly if not takin with precaution, plus at 25 percent body fat he can easily loose the fat without the use of dnp other then cleaning up his diet and considering hiring 3j

That..lol.. I just weigh my food and go once it comes prep time. Nutrition is not my strong suit - don't get me wrong I know a lot but I'd rather just pay someone to calculate everything.

However, my workouts and intensity levels I feel are something that I can shed light upon and give decent advise.. Plus gear- I can relay from experience .
 
there is no one way of nutrition and training.. but there is the way that works for you
 
Speaking of sweat, what does it mean if my sweat smells sweet? It has always been this way, I sweat and instead of smelling funky, it smells sweet - not cloyingly so, more like I put on some fu-fu juice.
