Hlafwit thanks for being a part of the discussion bro. But I think we have digressed from the main point. So let me put the final things in bullet points before going with what I started.

1) My belief is that I follow no-fap and no-porn which has no ill effects on the endocrine system or anything. If anything it has positives, as shown thru Anavar (var) ious pubMed studies and my own practive.
2) You belief is that masturbating daily is OK backed by your articles given and daily practice. And that's fine with me.

so now, lets come to the main topic. As others have said and you too agree that, if I don't really need to perform sexual activity during cycle then a limp dick caused by hpta suppression shud not be a cause of concern if I am going to recover out of it during post cycle therapy (pct) and certain time.

Now, I was planning on a Anavar (var) cycle@60mg/day for 6-8 weeks with post cycle therapy (pct) etc. ( stats below) goal is 7-10 lbs muscle while reducing bf by 3-4% in just next 3 months. will be taking care of the proper diet part. My choice of ana Anavar (var) , it being the safest oral. I might be prone to mpb so playing extremely safe. As I have read, test is recommended along with orals and just orals are forbidden.

so follow up question
1) will Anavar (var) only be fine? y do i need test if libido issues doesn't matter on cycle ? Do i need test jst cuz muscle mass from it are more maintainable. Also if muscle is muscle even if u get it from orals or any other compound, then y gains from injectibles are said to be more maintainable?
2) if you suggest test e, how low of it can i do while doing Anavar (var) @60mg/day. will 250mg of test e/week be OK? ( again my concern for low test e is to keep the sides minimal specially mpb, will take aromasin for gyno issue)
3) If i can get away without having to take test and maintain my gains, it wud be great.


stats- 5'8" 27yo, 165lbs,15%bf, no cycle history. 3 to 4 years training on and off. ( yeah I know i need to care of diet more am on it)
