i know the most important part of growing muscle is resting. if your muscles dont rest they wont grow. i just restarted to work out and i am sore. Worked out this monday and i was going to work out a m,w,f routine for the first month and half and then drop maybe to a tues,thurs for heavier workouts after the first one month in a half. So can i work out when i am sore?? Plus does anyone know where is the cheapest place to buy olympic weights and a good set of dumbbells near los angeles. i only have 200 to spare.
