IGF-1 and Hair Growth?

Any research to show that a topical prescription will help grow back hair? If so I am thinking about asking my doctor. Not bald atm just hair is thinning. Going to to also try some soy oil with some hot pepper cayenne pepper capsaicin as a natural approach. What do you bros say?

If you could figure out a way to cover your head with this stuff, and could afford it, this would work, probably 100x better than Rogaine because it deals with why the follicles die and brings stunted ones back to full life!!!
