Dont know if youre looking for anecdotal info but here's my results from a 3 week regimine.
First off I have been off all Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for four weeks and just finished my clomid therapy. I started daily injects of IGF (long version) of ~50mcg/day. I tried morning/afternoon/preworkout/postworkout and really noticed no difference. I believe this is because it has a relatively long half life (>8 hours).
The first week I felt nothing. No strength, no weight gain, nothing. I was disappointed to say the least since I have yet to fully recover my HTPA from my last cycle. About day 8 things started to change. My body blew up (similar to about my 6th week in an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle), my strength increased moderately and started to add weight. I used the last shot yesterday (21 days) and the final results were up 5 lbs, lost .5% in fat (could be accuracy of calipers) and gained muscle (1 in on chest).
The best part was I had no sides. No bloat, no acne, no bad attitude nothing but all the benefits.
I am going to add it to my next Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle and see what kind of results I have. I hear the synergy between IGF and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is incredible.
I will never use GH again (well. at least never again after I use up the 500iu's I have)
As Trevdog says you need to keep your protein intake higher than normal and it definitely kicks your ass as it makes you sleepy as hell.
