I just joined a new gym trainer offered a free session told me i have alot of muscle and wants to show mr how to burn off my stubborn areas. We did circuit training and i gassed out quick really disappointed in myself imagine if i get in a fight im done!
First exercise was medecine ball squats from floor throw the ball against wall for 30sec
Then over head ppresses with with 70lb barbell 30sec
kettle bell swings 30sec
Flip big tractor tire 5×
5 rounds running with him tighed to my back with a stretch band
i only made it 2 rounds and back was on fire could barely breathe
My new mission is to build endurance fuck this shit i did not like how bad i let my cardio get
