I just joined a new gym trainer offered a free session told me i have alot of muscle and wants to show mr how to burn off my stubborn areas. We did circuit training and i gassed out quick really disappointed in myself imagine if i get in a fight im done!

First exercise was medecine ball squats from floor throw the ball against wall for 30sec
Then over head ppresses with with 70lb barbell 30sec
kettle bell swings 30sec
Flip big tractor tire 5×
5 rounds running with him tighed to my back with a stretch band
i only made it 2 rounds and back was on fire could barely breathe

My new mission is to build endurance fuck this shit i did not like how bad i let my cardio get
 
I feel you. Since I've been back at it I do cardio 40mins 7 days a week 5 minute work 2 minute resting and when I miss I can feel it so I don't miss. I'm probably doing to much cardio but it's working so fuck it.

Tren... It's a love/hate thing...

Ya thag didnt help either way no way id be able to do that kind of workout id have to build up to it. Im quitting tren after this experience gonna hop on test booster and creatine tomorrow

When it comes down to it Test is best 9er. That's how I feel. One of my best cycles was just Test E and a off and on Prop for weeks at a time. But I was also doing 1-1/2 grams a week plus the prop when I would plug it in at plateaus. This was a 6 month run.
 
I guess it's that I haven't done tren but cardio has always been something I've been good at. Gymnastics kept me in shape growing up along with soccer. I started training for soccer again a month or so ago and found runniong 14-15km (nearly 10 miles) I didn't have to train, I could just do it. It's why tren is not really for me I guess

No dont say that jeez the tren gods can here you! No ive done test only i like it for cruises im trying to look like a trened up bull at this time in life maybe in the future

Im far from a athlete i jave been in good condition cardio wise like 5 years aago when i did boxing for like a year but ever since then just lifting but im gonna start i didnt like getting gassed so quick
