In theory... Prop/win then var

So I've been playing around with a run in my head consisting of prop, winny and var. the goal of this run would be adding 4-7lbs of lean muscle but with more emphasis on improving fast twitch muscle, athletic preformance and strength. All lifting routine and explosive training aside would this run be doable and effective for that purpose?

33 years old, 242lbs, 12%bf, 2 pervious runs, test prop, prop/var/tbol

10 weeks consisting of:
Prop:150eod 10weeks
Win:50ed/weeks1-4 pinned
Var:60ed/weeks5-10
Ai: tbd (prob aromasin 12.5mg eod/e3d)
Hcg if I can get it otherwise hcg gen
I'm also debating throwing in something like ipamorelin/igf-1/hgh for added tendon/ligament strength.
I'm not gonna go over PCT or in cycle supps as this is only a hypothetical, but I'm deff going to be running a cycle assist(n2 guard)plus liver protection(mrsupps Tduca, milk thistle).

Also one last question, the idea of running win then var is going on the principal of taking win and reaping the fast twitch benefits for 4 weeks but then switching to var to increase cross hatching and strength, to avoid injury. Thoughts/ideas???

**ill insert my pct so maybe I can get some feed back.
Clomid 100/50/50/25
Ostarine 15/15/15/15
HcgES 4weeks
Forma stanzol 4 weeks
Unleashed 4 weeks
Test infusion 4weeks

Bridge and methyl eaa after ostarine.

I would drop the winny and just run the var. I don't think it's needed for this cycle and these goals and the anavar and test will give you what you're looking for and you'll save a few bucks in the long run. Just my .02 cents though.

I'm with DipKing on just running the var. As long as your diet is in check you should be good to go. If you decide to run aromasin you will need to take it daily because of its short half-life. Also for pct just run a nolva/clomid combo. There's no need for any of those herbal compounds in there.

I don't know where to begin....

Start all over brother. Research first cycles please, it's in your best interest.

@Austinite I'm curious to why I'm so far off? The past two runs I've done were set up by advice from members on this board. My first run of prop went very well and that pct I used got me going again very quickly same with my second run. I could redo prop to prop to 8 weeks @150eod but can I still run 4 weeks of win( say 30mg, athletic purposes seems to require lower doses) then 4 weeks of var( 50mg)? Change pct to clomid/nova protocol.

I know I can simply run a prop/var 8 weeks, but again I'm trying to use a short burst of win like many sprinters and other athletes have used for the vast improvement of fast twitch and explosiveness. Some may say the just run prop/win I could but I'm trying to keep tendon/ligament dryness and damage to a minimum. That's why I want to bring in var after 4 weeks to solidify and strengthen and possibly throw in hgh or igf1 to further improve ligament/tendon strength. On paper does that logic work? Or do I have to settle for prop/var only?

Winstrol has been overhyped ever since ben johnson tested positive at the Olympics. In reality its the worst steroid possible for any athlete as its decreases synovial fluid in your joints and leaves the dry causing many injuries. Prop and var is all you need

Can anyone back that up? Further reading on that Bigkat is the last thing I would ever want. The problem is for certain sports and specifically certain positions in those sports everyone says use winstrol properly with a test base and you achieve this. Some also say its a death sentence blowing out hamstrings, rotator cuffs and elbows. Is there a way to protect joints(hgh/igf1?) or is winstrol a lost cause? Sadly this feel like a topic I can't search for a definite answer. Is there any proof that winstrol will increase fast twitch muscle that I've missed reading or is it all hear say like I've experienced?

You can't increase the number of fast twitch muscle fibers you have by taking a drug. The ones you already have can become stronger and more explosive by using plyometrics. All aas increase protein synthesis which will aid in increased strength and decreased recovery time. That being said why choose the steroid with the highest chance of injury?

agreed, thanks bigkit. like I said performance wise I think winstrol is a lot of hear say without actual evidence. Think I'll stick to prop and var.

Its refreshing when somebody actually listens and uses our advice constructively. I've got 3 torn rotator cuff injuries in the past from baseball and wish i knew back then the risks of win. Good luck with your cycle bro
