Sometimes I have a problem when on AAS's with cramps in my stomach......I have had them hit me for no reason, or at the gym and my abs lock up, and the pain was so great that i would role in the floor.....No Joke.......It seems only to happen with Tren and Winny.....I think it was potassium tabs i tried prior to workouts and somebody suggested bannanas for potassium....I tried Gatorade as well......

If you have any idea on how to control cramping please paste it up, thanks,,,,,

Please of you have any suggestions or experince say a little about it because it is very painful and alarming.......

I have had similar cramping while taking anavar. It seems like it would happen if I took on empty stomach??

Is the Winstrol (winny) oral?

I'm using Tren and Test now but in the past the oral Winstrol (winny) would cause it......There has to be something that is getting depleted.......It's painful enough that i am looking hard for an answer.....

i was getting bad cramps in my chest and stomach when i started my last cycle. its not so bad now but i am using sustanon so i dont know how this will help you out. after i started on anti-e s the cramps got less pronounced. in my case it was probably due to water retention.

man i had a horrible cramp in my abs yesterday at the gym. my black ass was hollering like a bitch. i couldnt get up from the bench. im not on anything but i got it because it was my first time working abs in a year or so. ive read that most cramps are caused buy low pottasium.

I was going to get pottasium supplements that is what i hear as well.......Anybody got fyi on cramping or how to relieve it???

That's a misconception most cramps in bb's is caused by low magnesium:)

so if i use calcium magnesium and pottasium supplements should that help????

Never use a combined mag and cal supp as they cancel each other out. Cal and mag often occur in nature together as dolamite so it's easy for nutritional companies to sell them together. Take mag capsules prior to working out and I suggest that you get your cal from low fat dairy sources. Fat free surger free yougurt is great as it also contains good pottasium content. Dairy calcium aids in fat burning while supplemental calcium does not in research studies.

Bump I'd like to know as well...

Awhile back when I was on Tren and I used to get cramps in my chest/stomick. The first time it ever happend was the worst pain ever. I was at work and calapsed onto the floor in severe pain. My head/arms/legs got all tingly and numb. Took about 30 minutes for the pain to go away.

I had a few more episodes afterwards but they were not nearly as bad.
