Well got the good news from my Consultant today.
Flashback: Year ago I hyper-extended my knee in a match went to docs who said it was a sprain 6 weeks of physio and was discharged.
November 2006 while training twisted my knee, made a pop and crunch noise back to docs said to rest it. I wasnt happy with diagnosis so went to spcialist turned out I had ruptured my ACL and needed surgery which happened in July.
Present day: Had an Arthoscopy 2 weeks back and got results today all has gone well and Im not far from hitting legs again in the gym WOOOOHOOO!
Anyone else suffered an injury that has stopped you dead in your tracks?
What was it and how'd you cope with gym restrictions.
