Insomnia- HELP!

Test E, Deca, DBOL!
running test e and deca and dont have a problem falling assleep, but on PIN days (3x/week) i wake up frequently with bizarre dreams and restless. dont want to take anything heavy as i wont wake up. tried benedryl but it makes me groggy in the morning. anyone have any suggestions?

of cource hgh causes vivid dreams, deeper rem sleep

BUT dont think i have heard insomnia associated with test or deca

just man up or try a little melatonin store bought
 
You could try some herbal teas, may not help much because you don't seem.to.have a problem inducing sleep, just staying asleep. But I'd say its worth a try and anyways tea is very good for you!

You could also try melatonin like stated above, but I find tjat melatonin isn't all that great by itself. But that's just me
L-Tryptophan around 500mg is great to add with melatonin. Or just find a product at ur local.supplement store with both in there so.you don't have to buy multiple products! Hope that helped!

Theres a product that I think is called need2sleep thats gotten good reviews on here. I have had some luck with dreamweaver, can pick it up at any GNC, a little over priced but if it doesn't work u can return it which is a plus
 
The herbal tea's and that may not help much true, but I would give them a try because if you mentally think it is working it may just do the trick. HGH is an expensive route to take for better sleep but that would defiantly help.
 
I fifth of Patron always works for me.

Just kidding brother, I have the exact same problem. What time are you pinning? Could also be a placebo effect, the first time could have been for a multitude of reasons, it just happened to be on the same day you pinned. You associate pinning with sleeping probs and bingo it happens everytime you pin.

You could try to change up the times or incorporate sleep aids as others have suggested, Ambien happens to be my go to, works great.

Melatonin is awesome and 100% natural no pun intended
 
just use benadryl ..since it isnt every day you wont develop a tolerance and it works great. That or even some ketotifen. That rui ketotifen when im running clen puts me OUT!
Melatonin should only be used for short periods to "reset"your sleep clock. Not all the time.
 
I pin in the morning, around 9am. PIN day it is worse than the day after. pin on m-w-f. ive been using benedryl but it makes me groggy the next morning. i dunno. it seems to be getting better however.
