NEW DANGERS OF IMPORTING GH AND SCRIPT DRUGS
Many don't know this, but under federal law importation of Growth Hormone
and drugs like Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) qaulify you for a felony if you illegally import them.
It has been this way since 1990, but little if anything by customs officials
has been done about it. But changes are being made to rectify this.
As mentioned above illegal importation of "performance enhancement" drugs
like GH is a federal felony. It can get you as much as 5 years in prison
for even importation of a personal supply. Although Growth Hormone is
NOT a controlled or scheduled substance under the controlled substance
act, it IS considered the same as steroids when it comes to imporation
issues and customs issues. So simply distributing it isn't a big deal,
but IMPORTING it is. Under importation statutes steroids are roughly
classified as "performance enhancement drugs" and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and GH are lumped
in along with all known steroids. Many do not realize this and think
that it's safe to import 90 day supplies, this is also not true. Below
is a list of items that are required by FDA and customs for a LEGAL imporation
of a prescription drug:
1. Treatment must have began in the country that the drug(s) are being
imported from
2. A presciption from an AMERICAN doctor must then accompany the package
3. You must show proof that you are financially unable to purchase the
drugs through american pharmacies
4. Package contents and american prescription must be readily viewable
by customs agent when importing the package
ALL above requirements must be met.
Now as mentioned above, little has ever been done about this problem.
But due to increased pressure by american pharmacuetical companies and
by the FDA in general, customs is being ordered to begin cracking down
and pressuring prosecution of illegal imporation. Reasons being counterfit
problems and problems with sterility and potency of overseas drugs which
have eventually sparked civil court cases against FDA and customs itself
for allowing these drugs to get into the country illegaly.
So forms of GH like norditropin from Europe, jintropin from china or
generic GH from china could now possibly land you a felony on your record
and the drama of court proceedings.
Distributing the aboved mentioned drugs won't get you in any more trouble,
the trouble now lies in the importation of them.
All above information can be seen in legal statute "jargon" on the following
