What's up everyone? I am new to this board.
AGE: 26
HEIGHT: 5' 10.5"
WEIGHT: 220lbs BF: 18%
Training Exp: Started training about 6 years ago, years, then . I lift 6 days weekly and cardio 5 days , just had surgery ( liposuction on flanks ) Just getting back into it again.
Cycle Exp: Cycle #1Test 250 straight 10 weeks Pyramid 400 mg at most, Cycle#2 Deca 8 weeks Pyramid 300mg at most / Winstrol (winny) 6 weeks EOD.
DIET: Currently researching Atkins diet low carbs.
GOALS: Want to become Lean....with less body fat!
Work as a CPA so hard not to snack from time to time !!!!!
Cycle currently trying unless other suggestions come up :
8 weeks
Deca 400 mg/ week
Primo 300 mg/ week
Winstrol Depot Week 4-8
Nolva -
Post cylcle
Clen and NYC 2 weeks On / Off
Some say to run test rather than Deca any comments would be helpful.
