How much are you weighing now?

About 184. I think I've fully caught back up to where I was before.
Diet this week looked as follows:
Meal 1:
4 eggs, 1 cup oats, 2 scoops Muscle Replenisher

Meal 2:
2 scoops Muscle Replenisher (post workout)

Meal 3:
12 oz steak, large baked potato, greek yogurt

Meal 4:
1 cup rotini pasta, 2 scoops Muscle Replenisher, banana or orange

Meal 5:
12 oz steak or chicken breast, 1.5 cups of green beans

Meal 6 before bed:
Half a cup of cottage cheese, and some almonds

Hey man just randomly came across this log, hows it still going for you? Just curious do you have your workout routine completely logged somewhere? Would really like to take a look.
