Is Cycle Appropriate for Injury Recovery?

Snapped my humerus 8 months ago. Therapist cleared me to lift a while back but still feeling pretty weak. The broken side is still relatively weaker than the healthy one. Would a cycle of 500 test/wk & 800 deca/wk be a good idea to help gain back the strength & 30 lbs I lost, or should I wait until longer until my base has evened out?

Further info: I have been able to lift for many weeks, although have not tried out heavy weight in the 3-5 rep range.

The second reason is the reason I said that. The chances of re-injury are increased with the suggested cycle

I didn't have a basis for comparison, as he's told me before this injury he doesn't support steroids for anyone ever, even the healthy. I was under the impression deca assisted with collagen synthesis.
