Hey guys , i got UBER FAST Metabolism.. im 21 y/o
5'9
and weigh about 125 lbs...
i've been trying to put in weight but nothing seems to work...
i eat over 3k Calories daily... Lots of carbs.. proteins, Meat, chicken... rice...
Have tried Proteins shakes and all that...
I wanna gain about 20-30 pounds..
I've been doin some research and Epi seems like a good option, altho i need some kind of help on deciding if it is for me or not...
I do somewhat heavy work and im active ALL day , lifiting boxes and such for most of the time im at work... Of course i would jump right back into the gym if i decide to take Epi...
Please , any advice would be appreciated...

A) 3000 cals wtf? dude you need to EAT go to the diet form and learn about bulking

B) GOING TO JUMP RIGHT BACK INTO THE GYM you dont work out right now?

C) THIS IS A PRO HORMONE (and a shitty one at that) you are in the big boy forms.

D) I have run EPI at 40mg/day with little effect besides ruining my libido mind you im 6'4 240lb. its not going to put on raw size. my bros use it when dieting do help keep strength up and lean out a bit and it helps them.

My advise. work out, eat, creatine, weight gainers should put you up to 180-190 with ease. dont give me this hard gainer shit. i was a hard gainer i started out 16 at about 140lb and 6'4 i researched and researched and i didn't touch juice until it hit 210lb which some guys here would still bitch about but to me i had busted through so many plateaus before that and wanted a little help and considered my self to be knowledgeable and mature enough

have you heard of PCT? you need it for PH too

I know these are big boy forums... why else would i post and try to get some feed back if i didnt think i could actually get something from it...
Well... i guess going back to drawing board.. so far im thinking MegaMass 4000... that seems like a decent weight gainer with creatine..

you would get better results in the prohormone/ natural steroids form that deals more with epi. but a good gainer or a whey with oats and 10g creatine monohydrate would go a long way for you. check out the diet, training and supplements form. if you post up stats like that in a steroid form guys will flame you or ignore you. you post those stats in a diet form and you will have 10 guys setting up meal plans for you, get what im saying, get the diet down the training down. after that you can look at the sponsors for some good alternatives. a superdrol clone will put on some mass but u need to have a solid foundation to build a house you know what im sayin? dont be discouraged in a years time i can see you putting on a solid 20-30 lb with diet and training
 
eat everything you do now and add about 2-3 big macs a day lol. its not just protein or carbs when you have a high metabolism CALORIES and lots of them are needed. also make suer to get plenty of rest .

any other advice...? megamass 4k has 1.2k calo and 88 grams of protein so tahts a good suplement IMO..

Drop the pre-made weight gainer. It's overpaying for pure garbage. Eat more real food instead.

If you're dead set on use weight gainer shakes, make your own:

16oz whole milk
2 scoops whey
2-3 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup oatmeal (grind or whole, whatever)
Banana/fruit if you want

That's over 1k calories right there and you'll know exactly whats in it. Plus it doesn't taste bad

If they still make it, its an appetite stimulant. I was 45lbs over my IDEAL weight before I ever touched a hormone. You can do it man....it won't come fast....give it time.

:squint: appetite is not a problem bro.. im always hungry... up to the point in which i get tired of eatin and eatin... while im at work i eat everythings tahts on my way... for example... today i went in work at 6 am rite... i had a 7oz Drinkable Yogurt, Some cup of noodles with a Bread, some Chicken Nuggets (about 5 pieces) Some Platain Chips... then went home for lunch , came back and had 2 bananas and right now i just finished eating Steak n Rice , a plate full that is....
and its about 4 o'clock...
 
If thats truly the case then maybe you need blood tests to see if your hyperthyroidic...just an idea.

could be an option... altho from what i remember i've always been skinny... maybe uhmm since i was like what 8 years old?
also my brother n sister got the same complexion.. only that my older brother is even lighter than me..
Anyway... ok Ancient Strenght on work out days 30 mins Pre Work out and some cheap Mono creatine on non workout days and rest day seems to be the best way to go...
now i need the right weight gainer... i know i can go natural but i know ill eat a shiet ton n i just want something easy , such as pour powder in a shaker full of milk and ready to go , feel me? any other options besides Serious Mass by optimus or MegaMass 4000??(this last one is 1230 calories 88g protein)

Those companies are so shady and are always failing health inspections. Not to mention, if it says "proprietary blend," they don't have to tell you anything about percentages (not even based on the order of ingredients). You could be buying a tub full of dextrose at 10x the cost with a scoop of whey mixed in.

seems quite pricey IMO... considering that i could get that Megamass for $23 ish.... altho shippin is $26... but if i bought more than 1 ill be saving money cuz regular price in store is 52$ish...
also how long would the NTBM whey Last me ... i mean if i consider the 2 scoops recipe we're talkin about 50-60 Grams out of the 5Lb Bag which costs 50$...? im just trying to get the most out of my buck , feel me?of course without compromising results.. meaning im not gonna get something that doesnt work but its cheap.. im tryin to analyze as many choices as im presented, thanks!
