It's 42 2scoop servings...personally I use 1.5 scoops. I dont see a reason to get more than 45g of protein from a shake. I use whole foods to fill in the rest of my protein needs. Whey to Build Muscle is a premium blend of proteins...thats what I prefer. Fast acting isolate and slower acting concentrate to keep feeding your muscles.....IMHO its the best bang for the buck.
