Aight , i weight myself on Sat wearin some sweats n a wife beater.... i was dissappointed it read 118 Lbs....
this was after i bought the scale and a whole bunch of groceries for the purpose of weight gaining....
I've been eatin PB&J sandwiches as breakfast along with my weight gainer... and eatin as much as every 2 hours...
I weight myself again on thursday...BAM 123.4 Lbs :)
i weight myself again today, friday and im sittin at 123 :(... (i keep on weighin myself with the same Sweats and wife beater... so i dont see any dramatic changed in weight)
I know i can do this :))

For Breakfast eat a cup of oats instead of pb&j. U can also opt for 6 eggs with 4 slices of wheat toast. At ur size i would add cheese too

6 eggs? goddamn... lol... scrambled ? or like with the yolk still being able to dip my bread in :)??
oats sounds like a good idea too

sit down and honestly add up your calories.I use to use the orig. muscle juice mixed with milk.4 times a day,a steak, chicken, salad etc I'd eat about 4 to 6,000 calories a day and the weight came on quick.

the second factor is lifting with a bulking style routine train for strength low reps high weight.

you have to eat as hard as you train its alot of work for us little guys but its worth the results.

U can eat them any way u want. Google "Home made Weight gain shakes" U will find some high calorie stuff. Take those 2 times a day one in the morning and one post workout. When bulking i have one b4 bed (This helps with catabolism). It will be more cost effective to make ur own shake too. Stick with skim milk, 2 scoop whey(chocolate whey is good here) or 4-6 eggs, a cup of oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and a banana.

Dont know if this has been covered yet but when ur training commences u will need to consume a gallon+ of water a day

ima go out there n get some oats and more bananas... some1 ate my bananas... im mad... ARGG
uhmm also im familiar with drinkin 1 gallon of water + a day...
i was wondering which exercises would be best to add on some size... i know i should lift heavy @ low reps but since i have been away from the gym so long i will be needing some advice...
i used to train with a couple of friends and we would do chest one day, then arms another , and so on... i cant remmeber the routine like i said, its been too long ... >.<
i would appreciate some advice on that :)

A good basic routine for you could be 5x5 and using a 4-5 day split, no cardio needed as you are trying to gain. Do a search for a 5x5 breakdown, it is effective and pretty easy to follow/put together. For the first few weeks you might want to do the same exercises but possible 3 sets of 8-12 to get your body ready for the weight, then go to the heavier 5x5 routine after a few weeks.

Focus on large, compound lifts like squats, bench, dead lifts, bent over rows/t-bar rows and then add in a few isolation exercises. The compound movements will put on mass faster and add strength better than isolation exercises will.

this sounds good to me I second on taking your time to get your body in shape to take the pounding of going heavy at your weight will be.

I would recommend sticking to 1-2 working sets in the gym for the first few weeks. Work your whole body out 3 times a week or half your body four times. Like oufinny said stick to compound lifts. Don't go too heavy at first make sure you keep your form good.

Like these guys are saying weight gain shakes are shight. Throw your own stuff into whey shakes. Gainers cost a ton more and are just filled with sugar.

Grab a bag of oatmeal (not the instant shight) and make yourself a bowl every morning. Whole wheat bread and pasta are your new best friends.

Lastly, change that hardgainer mindset. Put in your work and you'll gain, stay positive and don't make excuses. Goodluck!

Did you decide to start the Epi or not?

Nah no epi... im back tho... fuckin computer broke down n sony took a month to replace my motherboard... homo huh...
well regardless... when i started my diet , my weigh was 118 lbs to be more exact...
i went up to 123lbs and then my whey protein from nutraplanet arrived along with my ancient strenght i took the ancient , prepared myself some pb&J sandwiches (2)
a banana and a shake....
I did a lil' work out just some push ups here and there , and some sit ups... just wanted to pump up... lol .. after i was done i ate my meal, right...?
next damn day i got fuckin sick woke up all shaky with fever and shiet... ended up gettin stomach sick , possible infection i believe... went back down to 118 after not being able to eat in 3 damn days...
After i was back to normal.... it felt alot easier to get back up to the 123 when it was damn hard to even put up a single pound before... i guess muscle memory...lol
well either way.... im back in for good... any1 recommends me to add Casein protein w/ milk right b4 bed, for the fasting period...?
i wanna hit 130 and then ill be throwin a party LOL... heaviest i've seen myself was 125.6 last sunday...

I have casein myself before bed. The effectiveness of it is up for debate, but a shake before bed is a good idea regardless, casein or whey. Like everyones saying though, eat, eat, eat. As long as your working out you won't get fat. Did you end up grabbing some creatine? Go with the monohydrate, you can get straight creatine powder dirt cheap. The other ones are just as if less effective and they can go up to $80 bucks.
