No

I do not HAVE to change my oil every 3-4500 miles seeing how Mobile 1 sythetic 05 30 is like 8 dollars a quart but my AUDI FKN LOVES IT.

It s your artieiries.

I do not take ANY fish oil but my cholesterol stay s under 175; hdl/ldl ratio s is fine.

What s yours look like ?

Fish oil has many great benefits. But It's not "necessary" so to speak. Look at the EPA/DHA content, not the oil. Most folks do not take it with Vitamin E, so they lose much of the benefit because Vitamin E protects the vital fatty acids as it takes a beating through digestion.

Brain health, vision health, lower triglycerides, anti inflammatory, better metabolic rate, increased nutrient delivery, enhanced immune system are just some of the benefits I look forward to.

Eggs! Never get rid of the yolk unless it interferes with your macros. Almost ALL of the nutrition is in the yolk. I eat a dozen whole daily as well. :)

Hmm I always bought in to the whole "too much cholesterol" stigma. Usually do 2 whole eggs and 10 whites.

I had a nutrition lecture and the professor tried to tell us to only eat one egg a week! Same lady who advised 1g of protein per kg was more than enough.

But good to know I'll be enjoying my eggs more from now on. :)

Kril oil seems to be getting lots of attention lately. I am waiting for more studies and conclusions and will likely make the switch to Krll.

krill has a lot astaxanthin (a really strong antioxidant) which is really good for your nervous system and your optic nerve and vascularity for your eye (i forgot where i found this journal) but i think it would be perfect during nolva/clomid to help with your eye health.

Fish Oil is good, however I would recommend Flax Seed Oil

On the flip side, they found that men with higher concentrations of linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, had lower incidences of prostate cancer. Linoleic acid is found in high concentrations in salicornia, safflower, sunflower, poppy seed, grape seed, and evening primrose oils.

It is also found in olive oil, which is similarly high in omega-3 fatty acids.

With the new study in hand, researchers say doctors should weigh a man's prostate cancer risk before recommending omega-3 fatty acids in foods or supplements.

prob is most people that take VitE are hurting themselves because 99% of the companies out there only sell ***945;-tocopherol / d alpha tocopherol not the full spectrum and i believe this can cause more harm than good. you need all 8 in your supp if you are to be taking extra. why i have dropped most of my vite supps.
" Vitamin E refers to a group of eight fat-soluble compounds that include both tocopherols and tocotrienols.[1] Of the many different forms of vitamin E, ***947;-tocopherol is the most common in the North American diet.[2] " > Vitamin E - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So if you take it try to get one extracted , not made from organic sources. i used to use Toco8, but place went under from bad management. there are still others out there. puritans pride has a couple picks that at least includes the other components of vitamin e.

I rec Flaxseed oil and ground flaxseed in cereal or smoothies . fishoil will help. but after im done my 10000pill tub froma year ago, im going to stick with flax seed oil only since I an not an advocate for the slaughter of animals for food when in this era we know/should know better and its not needed.+ the possible heavy metals in the oil.
anyway im not gonna preach.

Fish oil is NOT needed but will help many things. I would rec getting in alot of flax seed oil and olive oil daily over it IMO

Thanks a shit ton bros.I blend flax up in my shakes every day I'll just switch over haha and I'm trusting you about the eggs seeing as I eat like 15 a day. Cheers!

When your cholesterol intake through diet goes up, your endogenous cholesterol production goes down to maintain balance...barring medical conditions of course
