Is my diet okay?

training history 1.5 years

7 AM
2 packs of oatmeal, bagel, banana, glass of orange juice, low fat/sugar yogurt.

10:30 (lunch)
chicken strips (not fried/breaded), salad, low fat cottage cheese/peaches, grapes

5 or 9 PM
chicken strips (not fried/breaded), brown rice, banana, bagel
 
dude, i dont wanna flame.. and im not trying to flame..

but women eat more then that.. seriously

we really need to overhaul your diet.. we can get you fixed right up...

step 1, do you see the link to my free diet advice thread?? its in my signature... click on it and read through post one... do everything it asks in that post.. and come back with a proposed diet.. ill help you put on the weight your looking for, u just gotta put the time and research in...
 
I'm up for the challenge, I'm trying hard. I don't have much time in the day, and I'm just a little guy. I appreciate your sincere help much.
