Is there any way to keep most of my arm size after coming off a bulking cycle?

I came off my bulking cycle a few months ago and was just trying to maintain what I had for a few months. Now Im going to start trying to tone and was curious if there was a way I cud keep most of my arm size while toning because when I bulked everything blew up except my arms didn't make much gains. I've done alot of dips, weighted dips, decline bench, close grip bench and tri extensions. For bis i mainly did curls, hammer curls, ez bar curls and curls on incline bench. I recently started doing more straight bar curls which i havn't done alot of in the past and was wondering if I do alot of heavy straight bar curls as w/other exercises and alot of weighted dips along w/other exercises if I can at least keep my arms to maintain and the rest of my workouts I will focus on higher reps and alot of dumbbell stuff for more definition (along w/some cardio of course.
 
it all depends on how fast you cut, and how your genetics work. Maybe your body just carries more fat in other parts of your body than your arms.
