I came off my bulking cycle a few months ago and was just trying to maintain what I had for a few months. Now Im going to start trying to tone and was curious if there was a way I cud keep most of my arm size while toning because when I bulked everything blew up except my arms didn't make much gains. I've done alot of dips, weighted dips, decline bench, close grip bench and tri extensions. For bis i mainly did curls, hammer curls, ez bar curls and curls on incline bench. I recently started doing more straight bar curls which i havn't done alot of in the past and was wondering if I do alot of heavy straight bar curls as w/other exercises and alot of weighted dips along w/other exercises if I can at least keep my arms to maintain and the rest of my workouts I will focus on higher reps and alot of dumbbell stuff for more definition (along w/some cardio of course.
