if one was to use arimidex instead of nolva when itchy and sensitive nipple symptoms come on, what dose would you all use to start and then what to maintain? do you think it would work just as good as nolva if the symptoms are thought to be form test?

Arimidex will not work in the way you are thinking. Arimidex will block the conversion of test to estrogen, where Nolvadex will actually block the estrogen receptor sites in the breast tissue itself, thus stopping or reducing gyno symptoms already present.

Arimidex supposedly takes awhile to take effect, i.e. NOT FAST ENOUGH. + it supposedly is even worse with HDL/LDL cholesterol levels so I would stick to what works.

Mudje is right, Arimidex really messed up my good/bad cholestrol levels last cycle.
What cycle are you planning on running?
